Floor Planning

When your remodeling plans go beyond removal and replacement, we can help you change your floor plan for optimum efficiency and function. The drawings provided with this service may be used for getting some work permits.

Features, Fixtures & Finishes

Our design partners can guide you through the multitude of decisions you'll be making when changing around your living space. These certified designers have the experience and knowledge to advise you on a style consistent with your desired decor. They can also help you select just the right features, fixtures and finishes to give your newly designed space high function and a coordinated appearance. Construction

Once the design planning stage of your project is completed, we can take those plans and build it for you. We've built projects as small as a powder room and as large as a multi-family dwelling. The Solutions Gallery contains a sample of some of the projects we've done.

Construction Management

If you've got a group of favorite tradesmen whom you'd like to have build your project, we can plan, coordinate and manage those resources. We can also help you apply for permits, oversee the ordering and delivery of materials, keep track of the project’s paperwork, and ensure the project is done to the design drawing specifications and within your timelines and budget.

Property Organization

Sometimes more space can be found in your home simply by cleaning, organizing and sometimes moving items to offsite storage. Our organization partners use their professional training and background to help you find more space in your home and maintain it.
